This was the worst stay I have ever experienced in Dubai. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this accom Positive: The location was convenient, and the internet connection was stable. That is the only positive aspect I can mention. Negative: The apartment was extremely dirty from the very first day. I had to live with cockroaches, there was a strong smell of mold, and the air conditioners were very dirty. Despite multiple complaints and requests for help, everything was completely ignored. On top of that, the elevator was not working, and the access card frequently did not work either. This caused constant inconvenience throughout my stay.

I wouldn't repeat this experience! Positive: Location was great and also restaurant next to the place was great! But that's all. Negative: I spent one night at this apartment. Inside, most things were generally okay, although the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, which was disappointing. However, the real problem came when I discovered that my charger had been stolen by the staff who cleaned the room. While a charger is not very valuable, it could easily have been something much more expensive, and the staff would likely have acted the same way—pretending the problem does not exist at all. When I called to report the theft, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, and the manager even hung up on me without any explanation and refused to speak to me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The friendliness, professionalism, and customer service at this apartment are basically nonexistent. If something goes wrong or you need assistance, you will not receive any help or support from the staff. I strongly recommend choosing another place to stay. No matter the circumstances, this apartment will not provide the service or security you would reasonably expect, and your concerns will likely be ignored entirely.

Affordable, well-located stay with a comfy bed. Positive: The area is great and very close to JBR, the rate is very fair, and the bed is comfortable. It’s a pleasant stay if you’re looking for an affordable place near JBR. Negative: In the room we stayed in, the washing machine was broken, and while we were doing laundry, the water spilled and flooded the entire room. As the room is quite small, everything got wet. The maintenance team fixed it the following day, so to be fair, they were responsive. There was also no kettle provided, and we did encounter cockroaches 😣. I understand it’s an older building, but if you’re okay with the above, you can go ahead and book. Overall, if you’re looking to stay near JBR for about a week, it’s good enough.
